What is Four Seasons?
Four Seasons is an international luxury hotel and resort company that operates more than 100 properties worldwide. The company goes above and beyond to deliver one of the most pleasant guest experiences known in hospitality.
What was my contribution?
I was contracted by HUGE to lead the UX process and their design team to craft a brand-new iPad and mobile app for Four Seasons. My responsibilities stretched from client presentations to weekly design deliverables.
What was the outcome?
In three exciting months we established a new digital guest experience strategy and delivered 276 pixel perfect screens. Upon release, these apps would get used by 1.5M people world-wide each year.
