PROJECT OVERVIEW
What is Integral?
The Integral product brings together real time finances for web3 enterprises. This is done through the following core features: accounting, PnL reports, cash flow, and payments.
What was my contribution?
I worked directly with the co-founders to bring their vision to life from the first pitch deck to the product. During the three months, I’ve established the design system, a research plan, and the full end to end product experience.
What was the outcome?
In three short months, we took this product from 0 to 1 which resulted in countless user interviews, 145 pixel perfect screens and 6 customers paying $500/m to use the product.

The Final Design
The following screens emphasize on some key features that substantially improved the finance and accounting experience for web3 enterprises.
Bulk Accounting Actions
Bulk actions were added to expedite the manual bookkeeping process for transactions that were either spam, irregular, or new.
Automated Accounting Rules
Accountants can create a set of highly sophisticated parameters as rules that would automatically classify over 90% of transactions.
Balance Overview
The balance overview shows the COO’s and the CFO’s when the volatile crypto market was affecting their unrealized gains and loses.
Cash Flow Overview
The cash flow overview visualized the spending trends across months and categories which gave CFOs an insight into their company’s performance.
Design System
What started off as a component library, quickly evolved into a full design system that substantially expedited the design / dev process.
